These terms govern your use of the Innorve website. They do not govern a paid engagement — that is covered by a separate signed agreement. If anything here conflicts with a signed engagement contract, the contract controls.
This is a plain-language working draft published so vendor reviewers can see our posture. The binding version is being finalized with counsel and will replace this text. It is not itself legal advice.
Use of this site
You may use this website for lawful purposes — to learn about Innorve, review our diligence materials, and contact us. Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, access areas you’re not authorized to, or misuse the forms.
Informational content, not advice
Content on this site is general operational information, not legal, compliance, tax, or investment advice. Regulatory references are framework-level and deliberately omit section numbers, thresholds, and deadlines. Verify anything against the current authoritative source and your own counsel before acting on it.
Claims and figures
Outcome figures shown on this site are tied to a specific engagement and disclosed basis; projected and recorded results are labeled and never blended, and illustrative figures are marked as synthetic examples. Nothing here is a guarantee of future results for your institution.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the Innorve name and marks are ours or our partners’. Partner names are used per partnership terms. You may reference and link to our pages; don’t copy substantial content or present it as your own.
Diligence materials
The Security & Diligence Pack and any materials shared through it are confidential and provided for your vendor-review purposes under the terms you agree to when access is granted, including any NDA.
Liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Innorve isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website itself. This does not limit obligations under a signed engagement agreement.
