How we handle your information

This note explains what Innorve Inc. collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. It covers the website only — how we handle data inside a client engagement is governed by that engagement’s contract and data-processing addendum.

Draft · pending legal review

This is a plain-language working draft published so vendor reviewers can see our posture. The binding version is being finalized with counsel and will replace this text. It is not itself legal advice.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site — a Workflow Fit request, a contact message, or a Security & Diligence Pack request — we collect what you give us: your name, work email, optionally your institution and role, and the content of your message.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to respond to you, to assess whether a workflow is a fit, and to manage access to diligence materials. We do not use website submissions to build marketing profiles.

Who processes it

Website submissions are stored in our systems and may be handled by the same infrastructure and CRM providers we disclose in our Trust Center. As we bring additional processors online (for example, a customer-relationship platform), we will name them here and in the Trust Center before they go live.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the engagement discussion, then dispose of them under our retention practices. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action reasonable requests.

Changes

When capture at scale goes live (bulletin sign-ups and the Innorve Concierge), this note will be expanded with the specific data, purposes, processors, and retention periods involved, and dated accordingly.
