Born from inside the operation.
Innorve started with a simple, uncomfortable observation: the hardest problems in a credit union or bank aren’t the ones on the strategy deck — they’re the stuck workflows buried in operations. The tickler that never closes. The vendor-risk review that eats a week. The reconciliation nobody wants to own. Consultants map these and leave. Software vendors sell a platform and leave. The operator is left holding the same problem.
We built the firm we wished existed: engineers who sit inside regulated operations, learn the workflow against the actual regulation and the institution’s own SOPs, and build the automation that fixes it — governed, owned by the client, and measured. Our first production work ran at a major U.S. credit union, where the UiPath Factory shipped 51 governed C# files across 3 workflows across live workflows.
“We only take a workflow if we’d bet our own name on the outcome. A no-go is a valid, respected result — and we say it before you’ve spent a dollar building.”
