Operations Academy · In build

Certificates prove attendance.
The Academy builds judgement.

The same cited Knowledge Fiber that stands underneath every Innorve product becomes a teaching surface — assessments and gemba questions that build real operating judgement in your team, then hand them straight into provable work.

Bring us one stuck workflow See what a credential means here
Two-lane assessment · One Master Black Belt serves many · A pass is knowledge, never an outcome
Drawn from the same foundation underneath every Innorve product
Every claim keeps its source
Nothing taught that can’t be traced back to where it came from.
Authority apart from practice
What a rule requires is never blended with how one shop happens to do it.
Conflicts stay visible
Where sources disagree, the disagreement is surfaced, not resolved away.
Verified at the gemba
The questions a procedure can never settle are answered in the field.
The honest line the whole Academy is built on

Two credentials. We will never let one wear the other's clothes.

Most of the industry sells a certificate and calls it proof. We keep the two things people confuse rigidly apart — in the copy, and in the data model.

Knowledge marker
Trained & Assessed

Earned by passing a governed assessment. It says: this person understands the method and the operations context. That is genuinely useful — and it is all it claims.

Creates no outcome record · never appears on a public verify page · never counts toward verified value.
Registry credential
Verified Outcome

Earned by taking real work through gated DMAIC delivery in OpsForge, recording projected next to realized, and having an independent reviewer confirm it. Proof someone can check.

Tied to a project outcome · signed by a verifier who is not the owner · sealed into a tamper-evident record.
How OpsForge proves an outcome
Learn → Assess → Apply → Prove → Verify

One connected path from a first lesson to a checkable outcome.

The Academy owns the first two steps and refuses to stop there. Where most training ends at the exam, this path keeps going — into OpsForge, and into proof.

1
LEARNLearnAcademy

Structured operations knowledge — banking and credit-union process, drawn from the cited Knowledge Fiber, not a slide deck of opinions.

2
TESTAssessAcademy

A governed question bank proves comprehension. Passing earns a “Trained & Assessed” marker — knowledge, honestly labeled as knowledge.

3
APPLYApplyOpsForge

The learner takes a real workflow into OpsForge and runs it through phase-gated DMAIC delivery. Practice becomes real work.

4
PROVEProveOpsForge

Projected value is recorded next to realized value. Sign-offs carry names and dates. Nothing is blended.

5
VERIFYVerifyOpsForge

An independent reviewer confirms the outcome. Only now does a Verified Outcome credential exist — tied to work, not to a Tuesday exam.

The assessment engine

Two lanes, deliberately never mixed.

LANE 1 · SUMMATIVE
Certified Bank

The exam lane. BFS-contextualized questions, each gated DRAFT → APPROVED by a Master Black Belt before it can ever count. This is the only lane that feeds a pass/fail and the “Trained & Assessed” marker.

Per-item human approval before it scores
DMAIC-weighted blueprint, timed mock exams
Public curriculum only — never a partner’s copyrighted content
LANE 2 · FORMATIVE
Living Assessment

The practice lane, generated live from the learner’s own project, the org’s Knowledge Fiber gaps and their personal wrong-answer profile. Every item is labeled “AI-generated practice — not exam content.” It never blends into an official score.

Questions drawn from the learner’s real charter & data
One-tap flag → Master Black Belt spot-check queue
Strong items can be promoted (anonymized) into Lane 1
Lane 2 sharpens judgement in the moment; only Lane 1 ever produces a score. The learner always sees which one they are looking at.
Why one expert can serve many

The Master Black Belt's time is the scarce resource. We give it back.

A cohort command center handles the mechanical half of review so the expert spends their hours on judgement — not on reading the same charter mistake forty times.

AI pre-reads every artifact

Charters, SIPOCs, RCAs and control plans are graded against the partner’s own rubric before a human ever opens them.

A named Master Black Belt decides

The AI drafts the review; the MBB approves, sharpens or overrides it. The decision — and its owner — is always recorded.

Struggle clusters surface the lesson

The cohort’s common failure patterns are grouped automatically, turning a hundred submissions into one focused session agenda.

The questions documents can't answer

Judgement is built at the gemba — so the Academy teaches people to go there.

From the gaps and conflicts in the Knowledge Fiber, the Academy generates the questions a procedure can never settle: how often does the exception really fire, where does the hand-off actually break, what workaround is everyone quietly using. Field-verification questions, not trivia.

Gemba questions
Generated from the gaps, not a question bank.
Each one points a person at the part of the operation the documents leave unsettled.
The honesty discipline

Four things the Academy will never do.

We will never let a quiz impersonate an outcome.

A passed exam is a knowledge marker — nothing more. A Verified Outcome credential requires real project work, signed off independently. The two are never merged.

We will never grade a learner’s real project into their exam score.

Living Assessment is practice. It sharpens judgement; it never decides a pass. Official scores come only from the governed bank.

We will never ship a partner’s copyrighted curriculum as ours.

Lean Six Sigma bodies of knowledge are public. We teach from public frameworks and our own cited Knowledge Fiber — a partner’s materials stay theirs.

We will never hand out a certificate with no next step.

A credential that leads nowhere is the claim economy. Every Academy path is an on-ramp to real, provable work.
